IT Systems Administrator - Level 3
MicroTech Systems is looking for an IT Systems Administrator - Level 3 to join our team in our Boise, Idaho office. This person will be supporting complex network architecture / Windows Servers / Microsoft 365 / security applications / applications / scripting / automation, and other related IT support tasks associated with supporting client systems and networks.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and provide IT support via specified client IT projects.Requirements:Minimum of an Associate's degree in Applied Science (Computer / Network) (or the equivalent) is preferredMSP Experience preferredSix years of related technical support experience - including but not limited to: Advanced Network Design / architectureExpert infrastructure installation / configuration / troubleshooting Internet, Firewall, Switch and Wi-FiVLAN installation / configuration / administration / troubleshootingExpert Microsoft server and Microsoft server application migrationsExpert Hypervisor installation / configuration / administration / troubleshootingExpert SAN installation / configuration / administration / troubleshootingExpert O365 migrations / administration / troubleshootingExpert Scripting & PowerShell proficiencyPython experience preferredAPI experience preferredTechnically savvy with strong time management skillsExperience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutionsThe ability to explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understandMaintain a high degree of professionalismAbout MicroTech Systems:MicroTech Systems is a professional Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to helping people feel secure so that we can all grow together!
