This position offers a stable Monday through Friday overnight schedule in a structured and professional environment. Officers assigned to this post will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence throughout the community during overnight hours, conducting patrols, monitoring property access, and responding to incidents or resident concerns as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, observant, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently overnight. Schedule Monday through Friday Third Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Full-time permanent assignment Consistent, non-rotating schedule Long-term placement opportunity What You'll Be Doing Patrol & Security Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community Monitor community entrances, roads, amenities, and perimeter areas Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed Maintain a visible and professional security presence during overnight hours Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed Reporting & Communication Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents when necessary Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Security experience preferred but not required Must pass a background check Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Why Work for KRE Security?
