That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.Our culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.We're Looking For People WhoAre curious and excited about technologyLike solving problems and figuring things outCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a teamWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselvesIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.*ResponsibilitiesProvide enterprise-level management for the program across infrastructure, software and applications, software development and integration, data management, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT service management, governance and compliance, portfolio management, testing, training, and program and financial managementMonitor and report program activities and progress in terms of cost, schedule, and performanceEnsure appropriate metrics are used and documented as part of the cost, schedule, and performance reporting and exercise continuous risk mitigation and issue resolution activitiesServe as the primary contractor interface with Government KO, CORs, PMs, technical leads, senior stakeholders, and executive leadership to support program execution, performance visibility, issue resolution, and decision-quality communicationEstablish and maintain governance structures for program execution, change management, architecture review, cybersecurity compliance, platform integration, risk management, and transformation milestonesLead enterprise portfolio reviews, investment prioritization, capability mapping, and rationalization efforts to reduce duplication and align modernization activities with mission priorities and operational requirementsDirect transition, modernization, and sustainment activities, including assessment, migration planning, adoption planning, communications, workforce transition, and operational continuityOversee enterprise integration of cloud, data, cybersecurity, ITSM, ServiceNow, and mission systems while ensuring scalability, resiliency, interoperability, and alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant IT, business, cybersecurity, engineering, or related fieldMinimum of (15) years of relevant program management experience, including managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, reporting, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for complex federal IT programsActive DoD/DoW Clearance w/ ability to obtain TS w/ SCI eligibilityPreferred Qualifications And Experience IncludeActive TS clearance w/ SCI eligibilityExperience supporting Air Force organizations such as AFLCMC, AFRL, AFOSR or similar DOW research, development, acquisition, or mission support organizationsExperience managing large-scale federal IT contracts, portfolios, or programs involving multiple technical disciplines, stakeholders, delivery teams, and performance objectivesExperience leading enterprise IT modernization portfolios spanning infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud services, data platforms, mission systems, and shared service environmentsExperience consolidating independent technology platforms, toolsets, applications, and service environments into a unified enterprise ecosystem or common architectureExperience developing and executing multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to mission outcomes, technology investments, operational requirements, and modernization prioritiesExperience briefing senior Government stakeholders, executive governance boards, PMs, CORs, and acquisition officials on program health, risks, investment options, and modernization decisionsExperience with ServiceNow, ITSM, cloud platforms, cybersecurity compliance, enterprise architecture, data platforms, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiativesPMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent program, portfolio, agile, service management, or technical certificationsIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
