In order to keep up with demand, we are looking to build our team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee operations in our warehouse, including inbound planning, receiving, putaway, shipping, warehouse transfers, and logistics. You will be guiding and developing our warehouse team to provide the best service for our customers. Our Warehouse Associates keep us going, and we value and appreciate their hard work. We are seeking someone who wants to excel in their career, push boundaries, create new strategies, and lead a team to success! Job DutiesOversee daily warehouse operationsLead and support the warehouse teamMaintain a safe work environmentTrack and review warehouse performance and improve resultsMaintain inventory and ensure accuracyBuild and improve warehouse processes and efficienciesCommunicate with other departments to ensure efficiencyManage labor time weekly and monthlyMaintain equipment and facility standardsAssist with hiring and onboardingHandle escalated associate issuesPrepare reports and documentationProvide backup support for leadershipOther duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of Management/Supervisory experience requiredMinimum of 3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience required Background in inventory management systems required Knowledge of the shipping industry for parcel and freightAbility to safely lift up to 75 lbsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skillsExperience with forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack preferredMandatory overtime may be required during peak seasons, high-volume periods, or to meet shipping deadlines.
