Administrative Coordinator
Description
Our client in Southington, Connecticut is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator for a contract to permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and helping keep a team running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and leadership
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and reports
Handle correspondence, data entry, and document management
Assist with office operations and support process improvements
Communicate with internal staff and external contacts in a professional manner
Track and follow up on projects, deadlines, and action items
Support additional clerical and administrative functions as needed
Requirements
Previous administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
