Job Title: Screen Print OperatorDepartment: Operations/Manufacturing/Production Location: North Smithfield, RIReports to: Production Manager:We are a growing and fast-paced manufacturer of high impact athletic pads, who is looking for highly motivated individual to join our Screen-Printing Department.https://g-form.com/our-story/who-we-arePosition SummaryWe are looking to add a dedicated team member to operate our Screen-Printing department. This is an Industrial Screen-Printing setting and a manual process. Candidates must be detail orientated and enjoy working in a team environment. We are willing to train the right candidate.Essential Functions/Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Mixing ink batches to complete daily requirements. Screen-Print on film to use in secondary processes (not t-shirt printing) Documents printing results by completing work orders. Ability to work with ink and solvents every day. Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment i.e., Respirator, Gloves, Safety Glasses, etc.) in accordance with safety standards. Compares parts to the quality standards to verify conformance according to specifications. Troubleshoot and make needed adjustments to maximize production speed and quality. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production quotas. Screen breakdown and clean up daily.Skills/QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 39 hours per week.
