In this pivotal role, you will:? Lead and mentor the estimating team? Develop bid strategies and foster vendor partnerships? Ensure accurate, competitive bids and smooth handoff to project managementWhat We're Looking For ? 10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating (hard bid, design-build, negotiated) ? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent ? Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (ProEst, Procore preferred)Preferred Qualifications? Experience with ProEst and Procore? Proven success on large-scale commercial projects?
