Level III Helpdesk / Jr. Systems Administrator
Cybertek MSSP is seeking a Level III Helpdesk / Jr. Systems Administrator to join our growing managed services team in New Albany, Indiana. In this role, you'll be the boots‐on‐the‐ground technical resource for a portfolio of client sites across the Louisville metro area — maintaining Microsoft‐centric environments, supporting end users at remote locations, and delivering the proactive, high‐quality service Cybertek clients depend on.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the escalation point for Tier 1/2/3 helpdesk tickets across the client portfolio via PSA toolingAdminister and support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments across multiple client tenantsTravel to client sites to perform on‐site support and end‐user device troubleshootingAdminister Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDriveSupport hardware and software configurations and deploymentsAssist with client onboarding, migrations, and infrastructure assessmentsMaintain accurate client documentation in IT Glue or equivalent platformParticipate in on‐call rotation for after‐hours critical incident responseContribute to automation using PowerShell for routine admin tasks and reportingREQUIREMENTS2–4 years of helpdesk or MSP support experience, with Tier 2/3 escalation ownershipStrong proficiency with Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administrationExperience with Microsoft 365 admin center and core M365 servicesWorking knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identityActive Directory: users, OUs, GPOs, DNS, DHCPPowerShell scripting for automation and bulk tasksValid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visitsStrong communication skills — comfortable working with end users of all technical levelsPREFERREDMicrosoft certifications: MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102, or equivalentExperience with RMM platformsFamiliarity with PSA toolsMicrosoft Intune / endpoint management experienceExposure to BCDR solutions: Datto, Acronis, or VeeamNetworking fundamentals: VLANs, VPNs, firewall administrationCompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalentCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS$40,100 – $54,700 / year (DOE · Indiana market rate)BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPTO + paid holidaysAnnual certification reimbursement (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)Mileage reimbursement for field work, Work EnvironmentHome base: New Albany, IN, office with regular client site visitsPrimary service area: Louisville metro and Southern IndianaClose‐knit MSP team with direct access to senior engineersFast‐paced, varied work — no two client days are the sameEQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENTCybertek MSSP is an equal opportunity employer.
