Equipment Support Associate

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Equipment Support Associate to join our growing biomedical services team. This is an entry-level, in-house role idela for someone who enjoys working with electronics, following processes, and being a part of a tight-knit team. You will play a key role in preparing equipment for hospital and healthcare facilities - ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready to use. No prior biomedical experience required - we provide full training! What You’ll Do Equipment Cleaning & Preparation Clean and disinfect medical equipment following strict safety and manufacturer guidelines Perform visual inspections to confirm cleanliness and basic functionality Use required PPE at all times and follow safety protocols Accurately complete cleaning and preparation logs Basic Diagnostics & Maintenance Assist with diagnosing and repairing equipment such as IV pumps, oxygen concentrators, and medical scales Perform preventative maintenance with guidance from senior technicians Document all work performed clearly and accurately Shipping, Receiving & Staging Package, label, and stage equipment for next-day deliveries Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and restock inventory Help maintain a clean, organized workspace Delivery Support (Occasional) Assist with in-state deliveries and pickups as needed Load and unload equipment safely Interact professionally with customers during drop-offs What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred) Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Reliable, organized, and eager to learn Comfortable working as part of a team Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
