Quality Engineer

Who are we?XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint.As part of our expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Senior Quality Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality operations for the Mesa XNRGY production site. As part of your role, you will be ensuring that products meet quality standards and industry regulations.An Overview Of Your ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the quality of raw materials, packaging and finished products.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness. Enforce safety regulation and promote a safe working environment.Actively participate in new product development activities including design verification plans and reports, FMEAs, developing and providing quality deliverables including but not limited to production control plans, poke-yokes and other countermeasures, measurement systems analysis, early production containment, and capability studies.Take ownership role in problem-solving efforts for both customer quality concerns and in-plant quality issues achieving permanent resolution of problems.
