Meta and TikTok are our primary channels, and we need someone who can own strategy, reporting, and execution across both — with the instincts to know when to scale, when to kill, and when to test something nobody's tried yet.You'll work directly with our Head of Growth. This is a hands-in-the-account role where speed, precision, and media buying intuition are the game. If you're the kind of person who checks ROAS before checking Instagram in the morning — we should talk.Responsibilities:Paid media strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok — campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and budget allocationCreative testing velocity — structuring tests, launching new creative, reading results, and iterating fastCampaign management — budget pacing, scaling winners, killing underperformers, bid strategy, and audience developmentPerformance reporting and analysis — translating platform data into clear insights and actionable next stepsAd account health — catching delivery issues, policy flags, and spend anomalies before they cost usTikTok Shop ads strategy and coordination with our affiliate operationsGoogle Ads and Amazon Sponsored Ads support as neededTesting documentation — what we tested, what won, what's next, and whyRequirements:Have 3-5 years hands-on in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads at a brand or agency — you've spent real budget and have the battle scars to show for itCan architect a campaign structure from scratch and explain why every decision was madeHave strong creative intuition — you know which ad will win before the data confirms it, and you can articulate why a hook mattersAre obsessive about testing — you're always looking for the next angle, the next format, the next audience to unlockMove fast and trust your instincts — you'd rather launch and learn than wait for perfectCan tell a clear performance story — your reporting doesn't just show numbers, it drives decisionsWant real ownership — you're not looking for someone to hand you a media plan, you want to build oneNice to Have:Experience with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)TikTok Shop and marketplace advertising experienceYou understand the intersection of paid media and creative — you know that creative is the biggest lever in performance marketingYou already use AI tools to move fasterHealth, wellness, or supplement space experience
