Executive Housekeeper
Executive HousekeeperSaucon Valley Country Club is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping and laundry operations and support our high standards of service across the property.
Key Responsibilities: As the Executive Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations, including:
Leading, training, and supervising housekeeping and laundry staff
Developing and managing daily/weekly schedules
Conducting quality control inspections to uphold cleanliness standards
Managing inventory of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies
Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across departments
Working closely with management to support club-wide goals

Requirements
3+ years of experience in housekeeping or laundry operations (preferably in hospitality)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial laundry processes, and chemical safety
A positive, resourceful attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements: This role involves standing, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting up to 75 pounds, as well as exposure to varying temperatures and cleaning agents.
