Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and cancellations - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management - Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of a dynamic hospitality environment.
