Multi-Family Maintenance Tech/Handyman

Job Description Full time, Year Round, Position for aHandyman/MaintenanceTechnician to look after apartments in Highland Park and Deerfield, IL. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry skills to do a wide range of work from plaster/painting, to faucet repairs and replacements and light carpentry work (like replacing kitchen cabinets).These are high quality apartments and we are looking for someone with high standards the can see and fix things on their own without a lot of direction. You should have your own tools and reliable transportation.
