The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on digital transformation and engagement. This role involves working remotely and requires a deep understanding of the federal government landscape, procurement processes, and technology needs. The Vice President will be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as providing strategic insights to professional services and systems integration. A key aspect of the role is to sell a comprehensive portfolio of best-in-class solutions to drive digital transformation within customer and citizen experience. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in business development within the Federal Government sector, with a proven track record of success. Experience in selling PaaS, SaaS, or professional services in a contact center solutions environment is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation technologies, including cloud, data, AI, and automation, and the ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
