Finish Carpenter Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented carpenter specializing in intricate millwork, encompassing woodwork, casework, and possibly ornamental metalwork.Key ResponsibilitiesProficiently install AWW, PL, and Metal casework, as well as fume hoods, DFH, and miscellaneous specialties.Cabinet installationBathroom partitionsTrim work, countertops, stairsConduct thorough preplanning, including assessing necessary tools, materials, and installation techniques for optimal efficiency and safety.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in casework, plastic laminate applications, and architectural millwork.Experience in cabinet installation and counter topFinish carpentry experienceCarpenter Knowledge/SkillsProficiency in interpreting blueprints.Possession of personal tools.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.3-5 years of experience as a finished carpenter.Physical RequirementsCapable of climbing and maintaining balance on ladders and scaffolds.Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.Manual dexterity to handle and manipulate objects.Good vision (either natural or corrected).Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
