Inventory Accounting Manager

Soni is partnering with a global consumer products organization seeking an Inventory Accounting Manager to support inventory operations, reporting, valuation, and financial controls across multiple business channels.Responsibilities:Support inventory accounting and valuation processesReview reconciliations, reporting, and inventory-related analysesAssist with reserve calculations and variance analysisPartner with cross-functional business teams to support operational initiativesSupport month-end close and financial reporting activitiesAssist with SOX compliance and audit requestsDrive process improvements and reporting efficienciesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting or financial operations experienceStrong inventory accounting or operational accounting backgroundExperience working with large data sets and reporting toolsStrong Excel and analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesPreferred Skills:Retail, wholesale, or consumer goods industry experienceSAP or ERP systems experiencePrior leadership or supervisory exposureExperience with inventory valuation, reserves, or operational reportingCompensation: $120,000 - $125,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.#SONICNJ
