Senior Ai Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a large-scale AI and data transformation programme on an initial 12-month contract.You will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying AI solutions within an enterprise environment, working closely with Data Engineers, Architects and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop production-ready AI and Generative AI solutionsBuild and integrate AI applications using large language modelsDevelop RAG-based solutions and AI-powered applicationsIntegrate AI services and models into existing enterprise platformsDevelop and maintain APIs and AI services using PythonWork with Data Engineers and Architects to prepare and consume data for AI applicationsEvaluate model performance, reliability and scalabilitySupport deployment and monitoring of AI solutionsFollow best practices around security, governance and responsible AIRequired ExperienceStrong commercial experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning EngineerStrong Python development experienceExperience working with Generative AI and LLM technologiesExperience with RAG and vector databasesExperience integrating AI models through APIsExperience with Azure, AWS or GCPStrong understanding of machine learning and AI conceptsExperience deploying AI solutions into production environmentsExperience working within large enterprise environmentsDesirable ExperienceAzure OpenAIOpenAI APIsAzure AI / AWS AI servicesLangChain or similar frameworksHugging FaceVector databasesDatabricksMLflowDocker and KubernetesMLOps and CI/CDAI governance and securityContract Details12-month initial contractFully remote within the EUCompetitive daily rateEU Citizens onlyImmediate or short-term availability preferred
