Field Service TechnicianLocation: Tonawanda, NYSalary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year + OT eligible + bonus + benefitsScheduleStandard Hours: One daily shift, generally between 7:00–8:00 AM and 4:00–5:00 PM(Times are approximate; no formal time clock system is in place.)Overtime: Occasionally required during customer interventions; no night shifts expectedWeekends:Emergency interventions may occasionally extend into Saturday or SundayStandard installations follow a Monday–Friday scheduleFor overseas or long-distance assignments, technicians may be required to remain on-site over the weekend, even if not actively workingOn average, travel may require being away 1–2 weekends per monthJoin Our TeamWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tonawanda, NY. This role focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of advanced freeze-drying equipment used in industrial and pharmaceutical environments.
