CMM Operator

CMM Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented CMM Operator to join our client's team.In this role, you will perform precise dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and advanced metrology software. You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure tubing, brackets, and formed components meet all engineering and customer requirements.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong measurement experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities CMM Operation & MeasurementTube Measurement & VerificationInspection & DocumentationTroubleshooting & Process SupportQuality & ComplianceRequired Qualifications 2+ years of CMM experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience using metrology software and interpreting CAD modelsStrong understanding of GD&T standardsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and communicate across teamsPreferred Qualifications Experience in tubing, metal forming, or fabrication environmentsFamiliarity with CNC tube bending processesKnowledge of SPC, PPAP, and control plansExperience using additional inspection tools (optical comparator, height gage, laser scanners)Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 40 lbs as neededComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
