Position Summary: As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing a wide variety of residential and business cleaning tasks. Our goal is to provide top-quality service using appropriate products and methods tailored to each client’s space and needs. Responsibilities: Clean homes and businesses using appropriate chemicals, disinfectants, and tools. Vacuum carpet and hardwood floors. Sweep and mop floors (including waxing or polishing if required). Dust all surfaces, including wood furniture, shelves, and blinds. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly. Wash dishes and put them away (PRN ). Do laundry, including washing, folding, and placing linens/towels (PRN ). Make beds with fresh linens (PRN). Empty trash bins and take out garbage. Remove stains, mold, and mildew from various surfaces. Wipe down and polish appliances and chrome fixtures (PRN). Clean baseboards, ceilings, and walls (PRN). Replace light bulbs. Disinfect tools and supplies regularly. Clean out expired food from refrigerators (PRN). Turn mattresses, fluff pillows, and straighten cushions (PRN). Sweep outdoor walkways and driveways (PRN). Refresh flowers in vases (PRN). PRN = As needed. Some tasks are client-specific and not performed in every home. Job Details: Hours: Starting part-time, with rapid growth toward full-time based on your availability and our expanding client base. Schedule: Primarily weekday daytime hours, with after-hours commercial cleanings available—great flexibility for families and single parents. Pay: Competitive; discussed upon interview. Service Area: Clients are located across Salem, Keizer, Dallas, and surrounding communities. You must be able to reliably commute within this area.
