Director, Development (Data Center Construction)

Overview As Director, Development you will drive the delivery of customer deployments for sold deals across QTS locations. You will coordinate with the Property Development team and consultants to align design, pricing, approvals, and implementation. You’ll lead cross‑group collaboration to meet customer objectives while managing costs and schedules. This role places you at the center of client relationships and project execution at scale, influencing multi‑disciplinary teams and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
