Position Summary
The IT Support Analyst provides responsive, high-quality day-to-day technical support for StoneAge employees across the organization. This role focuses on end-user computing, workstation and account administration, and IT operations support within a Windows-based enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for onsite and remote employees
Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 client systems
Configure, deploy, image, and troubleshoot workstations
Support Microsoft 365 applications
Manage user accounts following least-privilege principles
Assist with basic network and VPN troubleshooting
Identify and escalate potential security incidents
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Assist with IT projects and technology rollouts
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
3-5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365
Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel (less than 25%)
