Cook/Grill Operator

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled cook/grill operator to join our team. As a grill operator, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our recipes and quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional food and outstanding service to our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food is prepared and served on time - Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Follow proper knife handling techniques - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Note: This is a paid position.
