Shed Sales Representative

Martens Portable Buildings is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Shed Salesperson to join our team.We are looking for a proven salesperson who understands how to build trust, ask good questions, guide customers through a buying decision, and close deals professionally.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right solution, is comfortable discussing options and pricing, and can manage the sales process from the first conversation through the final purchase.As a Shed Salesperson, you will work with customers who are shopping for storage buildings, garages, and other portable building solutions. You will help them understand their options, match them with the building that best fits their needs, and provide a smooth, professional buying experience from start to finish.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through online leadsAsk effective questions to understand each customer's needs, timeline, budget, and intended usePresent building options, features, upgrades, and financing/purchase options clearlyPrepare accurate quotes and guide customers through the purchase processFollow up with leads and unsold customers in a timely and professional mannerBuild long-term customer relationships through honest, helpful serviceMaintain knowledge of products, pricing, options, promotions, and sales processesRepresent Martens Portable Buildings with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitudeQualifications:Previous sales experience is requiredExperience in sheds, buildings, construction, home improvement, automotive, RV, furniture, or another big-ticket sales environment is preferredStrong communication and listening skillsAbility to ask good questions and guide customers toward the right buying decisionComfortable discussing price, value, financing, and customer objectionsSelf-motivated and able to follow up consistentlyOrganized, dependable, and professionalBasic computer skills and the ability to learn quoting and sales softwareA strong commitment to customer satisfactionAbout Company:At Marten Portable Buildings, our commitment is to build beautiful, handcrafted products that will stand the test of time.
