The ideal candidate would be efficient in a fast-paced environment, proficient in comprehending service levels, maintain safety and sanitation standards, effectively partner with a diverse team, and possess a passion for the culinary arts. Key Responsibilities: Proficient in food pre-preparation and production Flexible to work where needed in production to include The Spencer Grill, Pantry, and Presentation cook venues of the Marketplace. Read, understand, prep and prepare foods using standardized Grinnell Dining recipes. Utilize proper culinary techniques when prepping and preparing food items and recipes. Routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and venue.
