Total earning potential of $25.00 - $40.00+ per hour Top-performing technicians regularly earn $70,000-$90,000+ annually Full-time, year-round stability with overtime opportunities available What You'll Be Doing Perform professional air duct cleaning using truck-mounted equipment in residential and commercial properties while following structured cleaning and safety procedures, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and communicating clearly with customers to ensure a strong overall experience without high-pressure sales expectations. Training and Requirements We provide paid, hands-on training for the right person, so prior experience is not required, although construction, HVAC, or trade experience is a plus; you should be mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, and hold a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
