Training and Requirements We provide paid, hands-on training for the right person, so prior experience is not required, although construction, HVAC, or trade experience is a plus; you should be mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, and hold a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
