We are a family-owned operation with a strong, experienced team of guides who have been with us for years. Our guests travel from across the country to enjoy world-class fishing, beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding food.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on role that offers a high level of independence. The chef is responsible for delivering a top-tier dining experience while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen.ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and execute daily meals: breakfast, guide lunches, appetizers, dinner, and dessertGrocery shopping and inventory managementManage food costs and kitchen organizationMaintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistencyEnsure proper food storage, rotation, and cleanlinessWash dishes and maintain overall kitchen cleanlinessEstablish and follow cleaning and maintenance schedules for kitchen and equipmentEnsure compliance with health and sanitation regulationsEngage with guests and help create a welcoming, comfortable lodge atmosphereAccommodate dietary restrictions and special requestsWork Schedule & BenefitsSchedule will vary depending on the season. Breakfast is typically early morning, with lunches prepared to go, and dinner service in the evening.
