This role is essential for guiding the management of clinical practices for both employed and contracted physicians within our organization's Physician Enterprise, Ambulatory Care, and Clinical Councils. The position entails the creation and execution of clinical programs, protocols, and a clinically integrated network. Collaboration with the Chief Physician Executive is crucial for developing and managing provider compensation structures, contracts, and the integration and advancement of physician and Advanced Practice Provider services. Additionally, it is vital to ensure compliance with all governmental and regulatory standards within the Physician Enterprise and Ambulatory Care sectors.The position involves overseeing and developing initiatives that promote positive relationships among physician practices and the service delivery entities of our organization. It is important to maintain productive partnerships with both system and community medical leadership. The role actively supports the recruitment and development of physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and physician leaders within the Physician Enterprise and Ambulatory Care. As a primary leader in clinical matters related to the Physician Enterprise, this role will work closely with the VP of Operations, the Dyad Medical Directors, and Dyad Administrative Directors to align and integrate physician practices, ensuring efficient, high-quality care and access for the community. Responsibilities include strategic planning, alignment with system-wide initiatives, and providing senior-level leadership, guidance, and oversight. Collaboration with the Vice President of Operations regarding responsibilities related to Trinity Medical is also essential, including accountability for quality performance, leadership in market share growth, practice acquisition and assessment, recruitment efforts, clinical financial performance, and productivity. The aim is to enhance productivity and financial outcomes in alignment with the mission, vision, and goals of our organization.A key aspect of this role is fostering collaboration with our administration, hospital administration, Catholic Medical Partners, and medical staff leadership to optimize the efficiency of clinical components in patient care. Establishing a medical group culture that is patient-centered, evidence-based, and interdisciplinary is critical, with a focus on continuously improving patient experience, safety, and quality while minimizing costs. The role also involves educating physicians and caregivers, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and implementing strategies and standards that promote patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative care.EMPLOYMENT DETAILSFull-time positionAnnual salary range: $289,828.50 - $434,752.50Benefits include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insuranceUtilization of Epic EMREssential Qualifications:Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)Must possess a current, unrestricted New York State license or be in the process of obtaining one, along with an active NYS DEA certificate by the date of hireBoard Certification in a clinical specialty is requiredBachelor's degree (BA/BS)Preferred: MBA, MHA, MSM, or MSHAA minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience in healthcare management, with a solid understanding of healthcare administration, finance, and regulatory requirements is necessary.
