We are committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.Plant Engineer (Engineering Project Manager) OverviewThe Plant Engineer serves as the primary site resource for the engineering design process, advising operations and maintenance teams on system improvements, troubleshooting, and problem solving. This position is highly task-oriented, coordinating internal teams along with outside contractors and suppliers to complete small and large-scale capital equipment and facility improvement projects. The Plant Engineer is a primary overseer of project plans and change management procedures.What You Will DoUphold a genuine regard for safety, ensuring employees understand and follow safety guidelines and recognizing individuals for safety suggestions.Uphold the highest ethical standards, serving as a role model to other plant leaders and team members. Acting on unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
