You're choosing to be part of a team where values guide our work, people come first, and relationships are built to last.Core Responsibilities:Review and optimize project setups and cost structuringAnalyze project performance, creating reports, spotting trends and risks, escalating results and communicating next steps to the appropriate Sr. Management team membersCurate historical cost data for use by EstimatingAdminister, support and maintain existing programs and software utilized by the businessAssist the Quality Control Manager in development of project quality plans and quality performance analysisPerform project controls audits and generate reports for Sr. Management and LeadershipAssist in onboarding and training of new employees in the areas of project controlsAssist in identifying project controls shortcomings and develop new tools to be tested and implemented with project teamsConducts job visits to gain familiarity of project scopes, teams and risksDevelops positive rapports with project teams, supporting their needs while promoting the use of project controls toolsAssist in the production of Field Operations Reports and Job Reports, manage their librariesMonitor project teams' participation in project controls processes and deliverablesOther related duties as assignedBENEFITS:* BOND offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution, paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays, employer-paid life and disability insurance, and access to additional voluntary benefits.* The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 to $130,000 per year.
