Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing - Track supply inventory Skills - Excellent time management skills - Proficient in calendar management - Ability to type accurately - Experience with filing systems - Strong data entry skills - Knowledge of general office procedures - Customer service-oriented approach - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Required) Work Location: In person
