The National Account Manager will oversee key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective account management and collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing strategies to address them, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves managing communications with clients, resolving challenges, and maintaining streamlined operations to foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong account management and client communication skillsExperience in sales strategy and business developmentAbility to manage and analyze data to optimize client servicesProficiency in negotiation and contract managementCollaborative mindset with an ability to work across teams effectivelyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) softwareExperience in commercial roofing or facility management is a plusBachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
