Caregiver -Part Time (Weekends Only; 10am-6pm)

Vitality Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional/behavioral issues as indicated in service plans; Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and preferences; Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid; Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings; Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
