Content Specialist - Front End Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Specialist with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience and front-end technical skills. This role is responsible for building, configuring, and troubleshooting web pages within AEM, ensuring high-performing, responsive, and scalable digital experiences across multiple brands.This is not a content strategy role—this person will be actively working inside the CMS and should be comfortable interacting with code and development teams.What You’ll DoBuild and publish web pages in Adobe AEM using component-based architectureConfigure and manage AEM components, templates, and content structuresTroubleshoot and resolve front-end issues (layout, responsiveness, rendering bugs)Work closely with developers, QA, and UX to deliver production-ready pagesEnsure proper implementation of SEO, analytics tagging, and trackingSupport content QA, testing, and pre-launch validationMaintain and optimize existing content across multiple brand sitesParticipate in code/content reviews and enforce best practicesWhat You Bring (Required)3–5+ years of hands-on Adobe AEM experience (page building + component usage required)Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (must be able to troubleshoot, not just recognize)Experience working in a component-based CMS environmentAbility to diagnose and fix front-end/content issues independentlyExperience collaborating with developers and QA teams in a production environmentFamiliarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsUnderstanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityExperience working in enterprise-scale websites or multi-brand environmentsNice to HaveExperience with Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, or MarketoExposure to CMS migrations or large-scale content implementationsFamiliarity with Adobe Analytics or Google AnalyticsHow You’ll Stand OutYou’ve built pages directly in AEM—not just managed content strategyYou can explain how components work and when to use themYou’re comfortable inspecting code to troubleshoot issuesYou’ve partnered with developers to resolve bugs or improve functionality
