About The RoleWe are looking for an in-house Certified Public Accountant who is ready to take the next step in joining a people-first environment and wants to play a key role in strengthening our financial operations. We’re committed to empowering our team to help thousands of people nationwide protect what matters to them.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processesPrepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable standardsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsFile company tax documentation and adhere to state and federal deadlinesOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesPartner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendationsMaintain internal controls and improve accounting systems and processesCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as neededWhat We’re Looking ForActive CPA license required5-7 years of experience in public accounting or a similar in-house roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax complianceExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial informationStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to work onsite and contribute in a dynamic environmentWhat We OfferHealth, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions401(k) with employer matchingA collaborative, people-first culture focused on growth and impactWho Should ApplyThis role is for a professional who sees accounting as more than numbers—it’s about clarity, trust, and enabling better decisions.You are someone who brings structure to complexity, communicates financial insights in a clear and actionable way, and looks for opportunities to improve systems and processes.
