X-Ray Technician (Radiologic Technologist) - Outpatient ClinicRuskin, FLFull-Time | Clinic SettingWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician (Radiologic Technologist) to join a busy outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays and EKGs) while ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient-focused experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys working collaboratively with providers and healthcare staff.Key Responsibilities Perform X-ray and EKG procedures as ordered by providers Prepare and position patients for imaging while ensuring comfort and safety Operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols Accurately document and upload imaging results into EMR Review patient history prior to procedures Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of imaging equipment Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff Maintain inventory and supplies for imaging services Participate in quality assurance and ongoing trainingRequirements Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or Florida BMO License Active Florida X-Ray License (required) ARRT certification preferred BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months) Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environmentWork Environment Outpatient clinic / private practice setting Team-oriented and patient-focused May require occasional travel between nearby clinic locations
