x 9; Follows work plan and time schedule as prescribed by lunchroom manager. Takes initiative to help others as needed. Prepares food according to directions and in a manner that meets Serv Safe standards. Washes dishes and utensils according to Health Department regulations. Serves food as directed by the manager and is pleasant to customers at all times. Attends to cleanliness and orderliness of all storage areas. Stores food and other related items in a manner that meets Serv Safe standards. Puts away dishes and utensils. Washes dish cloths and towels. Operates and cleans kitchen equipment in a safe and sanitary manner. Keeps work area clean and orderly. Obeys all health and safety rules. Cooperates with other kitchen and school personnel and helps to foster a pleasant work environment. Attends Child Nutrition In-Service and Training Meetings when required.
