You will be empowered to shape our strategy, drive growth and innovation, and lead the team to deliver impactful solutions to our customers and opportunities for professional growth to our colleagues. Key Responsibilities: With the input and support of ownership, develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with Youngblood Automation’s long-term vision and growth objectives. Assume accountability for the company’s financial, operational, and strategic performance. Lead the organization through continued growth – organically, geographically and/or through additional strategic acquisitions. Unify a geographically dispersed team by a shared, purpose-driven culture, frequent communication, and fostering trust through consistent, transparent, and inclusive leadership.Cultivate leadership talent, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders who can help drive the business forward.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners and  customers. Monitor key performance metrics, providing regular reports to ownership.
