Job Description Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Gwinnett County, GALocation: Gwinnett County, GA (30024)Schedule: Full time - surgery schedule (7AM - 5:30 PM) and clinic schedule (8:30 AM - 5PM)Summary:The client is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in a Spine/Neurosurgery or related surgical practice. The ideal candidate should be able to support both clinic duties and surgical/OR responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in a clinic setting (approx. 20 patients per day)Assist surgeons in the operating room (approx. 3 surgeries per day)Provide pre-operative assessments and patient preparationPerform post-operative follow-up and managementCollaborate closely with physicians and the clinical teamMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standardsWork both surgery schedule (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and clinic schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) as assignedRequirements:Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (No new graduates)First Assist experience - able to support surgeons during operations (suturing, retracting, handling instruments, closing incisions, etc.)Trauma care experience or strong comfort with high-acuity surgical patientsExperience in spine, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, or other surgical specialties preferredAbility to perform pre-op and post-op assessmentsStrong clinical judgment and documentation skillsBenefits:*All standard Benefits providedFor more information, please reach out to Riju : at (469) 378-4213 or by Email: at riju.rajan@protouchstaffing.com.Company DescriptionProtouch Staffing is a trusted staffing partner specializing in connecting skilled professionals with top employers.
