We offer competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.Position OverviewWe are seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join our in-person team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused practice. Prior healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesConduct legal research and provide strategic recommendationsPrepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement discussionsManage deadlines, court filings, and case progression with minimal supervisionCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and internal teamsSupport regulatory and healthcare-related matters as neededQualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolBarred in Indiana or eligible to become barred3–5 years of litigation experienceStrong legal writing, research, and organizational skillsLitigation experience within a healthcare setting is a plusAbility to work full-time, in person, in Indianapolis, INCompensationSalary Range: $133,000 – $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.Monthly collections-based bonusesFull benefits package: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401k matching
