This is 2 days a week (16 hours) with flexibility on the week schedule.#nemsiEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesObtain and enter Opportunities for Project Managers into Dynamics Sales System and upkeep LogsPrinting and organizing IOM Manuals for distribution to customersAssist w/ project close-outsPrint and consolidate Project Binders for field upon start of projectsAssign Job #s / PO#s as requestedCoordinate and distribute Weekly Construction Job ListUtilize COINS Accounting System as neededCreate Valve Tag Charts for field applicationIssue Short PO’s as needed and process PO SupplementsProcess Check RequestsUpdate Warranty database and IOMM Storage folders for completed projectsOrder Mechanical Identification as requestedFiling and printing as neededOther related duties as requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED). Additional college or certification is preferred.Previous construction experience/environment preferred (years?) Must be proficient with Windows 11 i.e. Excel, Word, and OutlookMust have at minimum intermediate Adobe skillsMust be organizedMust be comfortable multi-taskingMust be able to work well under pressureMust be comfortable meeting last-minute deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Work Environment This position is in-person in an office working environment.
