Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianCompany is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and machinery used in manufacturing operations. This hands-on role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairsCommunicate with team members and customers to provide status updates and technical supportUse advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve problemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activitiesFollow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentAssist with the installation and setup of new equipmentConduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtimeQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial manufacturing settingStrong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in hydraulic systemsProficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solvingAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPhysical ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 poundsFamiliarity with computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferredKnowledge of PLCs and automated control systems is a plusPlease submit a resume for consideration.
