A company is looking for a Risk & Quality Reporting Analyst. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom health plan reports to support local interventions and provider outreach Build intervention strategy reporting and measure gap closure for Risk and Quality initiatives Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends using SQL, PowerBI, and other toolsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 1-3 years of experience in data mapping, profiling, and cleaning 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and PowerBI Familiarity with HEDIS and Risk data
