Job description: HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated Senior QA – Digital Banking (Salesforce + BSA) to support enterprise digital banking transformation initiatives. Job Title: Senior QA – Digital Banking (Salesforce + BSA) Job ID: SR‑104533 Position Type: Full‑time Location: Tysons, VA Role / Responsibilities Lead functional, API, and data testing across Digital Banking and Salesforce platforms Validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria throughout sprint cycles Conduct end‑to‑end testing of banking workflows including onboarding, payments, lending, and money movement Perform SQL‑based data validation and reconciliation across integrated systems Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Development teams Support UAT coordination, defect triage, and release sign‑off Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos) Ensure data accuracy, regulatory alignment, and delivery quality Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Compensation and BenefitsA candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
