Stock Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting. Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or grocery environments is preferred to ensure smooth stocking, shipping & receiving, and merchandising processes.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory control through accurate tracking and organization of stock using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and manual handling techniques
Assist with packing, packaging, and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery
Conduct regular maintenance of stock areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Support customer service efforts by replenishing products on the sales floor and assisting retail staff as needed
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners safely and effectively
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and perform cycle counts or audits as required
Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure seamless operations in a multilingual environment if applicable
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred
Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner operation is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift
Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock organization
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Basic retail math skills for stock counts, pricing, and merchandising calculations
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends if necessary; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: $21.56 - $25.96 per hour
