ResponsibilitiesSupport SAP Order-to-Cash and GTS operations in a global SAP CoE environment. Requirements AnalysisGather and analyze business requirements for SAP SD process improvements.Solution DesignDesign and propose SAP solutions aligned with global template standards.Incident ResolutionAnalyze and resolve SAP incidents and support production issues.Testing & DeploymentSupport testing activities and follow deployment processes to production.Process IntegrationWork with integrated SAP modules such as P2P, RTR, and D2R.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders remotely.Process UnderstandingQuickly learn and apply O2C and SAP SD business processes.RequirementsSAP O2C ExperienceStrong knowledge of Sales Order Fulfillment and supply chain processes.SAP CoE Experience7+ years of experience working in SAP CoE or similar environment.EducationDegree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.Ability to work independently in a remote environment. High Pressure DeliveryStrong ability to deliver quality work under pressure.Learning MindsetProactive attitude toward learning and improving SAP skills.Business Process KnowledgeUnderstanding of ERP and business process integration concepts.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new SAP modules and processes.
