Assembler/Crate Builder

Job description:SVS Group is currently looking to hire 3 1st & 2nd Shift Assemblers/Crate Builders for one of our best Manufacturing Clients here in Phoenix, AZ. You will have typical job duties to include:Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Assembler & Crate Builder to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment. As a Crate Builder you will follow Blueprints to build crates to ship radiators in. You will use a nail gun and other power tools and hand tools. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to the production of high-quality productsResponsibilities:Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematicsUse a nail gun, power tools and hand tools to assemble components and productsInspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specificationsFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsAssist in fabricating or modifying parts as requiredQualifications:We are looking for someone that has at least 2+ years in Manufacturing, Fabrication, Warehouse, or Assembly.Familiarity with nail guns, power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipmentAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics is a mustBasic mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
