Job Title : MES Program ManagerLocation : Raritan, NJJob SummaryThe MES Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) programs across multiple sites or projects. This role ensures alignment between business objectives, manufacturing operations, IT, and automation teams while delivering MES solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.The role requires strong program management skills, deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and hands-on experience with MES platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end MES program delivery, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureManage multiple MES projects across plants, regions, or business unitsDevelop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plansTrack risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation plansEnsure adherence to program governance, standards, and best practicesAct as the primary interface between manufacturing, IT, automation, quality, and business leadershipFacilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on future-state processesCommunicate program status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
