Overview In this role you implement location-specific equipment engineering, manage databases, and automate reporting to support compliant, scalable network builds. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure standards are met while driving improvements that have national impact. This position offers hands-on work with engineering systems and a chance to influence processes across regions. ResponsibilitiesDevelop specifications for installation, inventory, and configuration of location-specific equipmentAct as an experienced DBA, updating organizational databases and related applicationsCreate automated reports using Google Apps and TableauEnsure compliance with engineering, financial, planning, and operational/national standardsManage IFP, XNG, and SPM updates for new builds, changes, and decommissionsDocument network elements with identifiers and labelsEngineer floor space, rack space, and hardware for equipment in locationsDesign placement and cable measurements, power/fuse/breaker assignments, and cooling/airflow considerationsCreate workflows in required systems and communicate issues to lead engineersRecommend process changes with national impactWork daily in systems including UUI/CoFEE, ICON, CCP, VPNS, ACTP, Venue, and FUZE Key requirements5–7 years of experience in location-specific equipment engineering5–7 years of experience in database administration with Google Apps3–5 years of experience in Tableau reporting and automationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong knowledge of engineering standards and complianceExperience with workflow creation and process improvementFamiliarity with national engineering systems such as UUI/CoFEE, ICON, CCP, VPNS, ACTP, Venue, and FUZEAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple regionsworkflow creationprocess improvementtroubleshooting across regionsGoogle Apps (Docs, Forms, automation)Tableau reporting and automationDatabase administration
